Implementation Arrangements

  1. Client Organization will have to sign an Agreement with NDDB
  2. Client organization will provide a test and a live server, on-premise or on the cloud (Virtual Private Server with full root-level access), with necessary online/offline access arrangements for hosting NDERP.
  3. NDDB would install and deploy NDERP Software.
  4. Client organization will form a core team consisting of a project manager, one champion (expert and responsible person) for each of the modules (viz. Accounts, Purchase, Store, Sales, HR, Manufacturing & Quality, etc.), and at least one IT person. The core team of Client organization will implement, run and manage NDERP.
  5. Demo of the functionalities of NDERP by NDDB
  6. Understanding the existing process of the Organization
  7. Client organization will prepare and provide Master Data as per NDERP Template
  8. NDDB will upload master data provided by Client organization in Test Server and provide online training to Core Team Members.
  9. NDDB would facilitate around two weeks ToT (Training of Trainers) training to the core team at the cost of client organization at NDDB, Anand. This will help them for actual field training, implementation, and support.
  10. Client organization will do thorough UATs (User Acceptance Test) with all kinds of scenarios and confirm the UAT.
  11. Client organization will undergo parallel run at least for 2 months (period may vary based on necessity).
  12. Client organization will decide to make the site Live in consultation with NDDB
  13. Client organization would provide all necessary L1 and L2 support to the end/field users.
  14. NDDB would facilitate the L3 support at cost of Client organization within the scope of the Agreement.
